The Rise Community Association (RCA) is a registered society, managed by volunteers.
Established to act as an advocacy group representing the individual and collective
interests of the property owners of Clearview, Sagecroft, Sagecroft Villas and
Watermark, identified as Phase 1 of The Rise. RCA exists to communicate with land
developers, City of Vernon administration, and to foster community spirit and pride
through initiatives such as social gatherings, charitable causes, and welcoming and
safety programs.
Membership in The Rise Community Association (RCA) is restricted to properties which
have Bella Vista Services Ltd rent charge on title (Phase 1 of the Rise). The BVSL rent
charge (Currently $147 per month including taxes) ensures the sidewalks are cleared of
snow during the winter season, and the individual homeowner yards and boulevard
landscaping is maintained the rest of the year. RCA Membership is voluntary, and fees
are currently $30 per year. The fee has been increased to $30 as we have added another social event: The Rise and Shine Breakfast.
